Tom Doesn’t Ask for Testimonials, But These Clients Wrote Anyway
These are unsolicited, thoughtful reflections from clients who appreciated the difference Tom made.

Dear Tom,
It’s fantastic having a draught-proof house. There’s a strong North-East wind here today. I’ve just been out by the edge of the golf course, and the flag on the golf club flagpole is streaming out straight as a die, my head was aching from the cold through two layers of hat and my eyes were pouring with tears from the cold.
Get back home here at 4.30 on this winter afternoon and the heating isn’t on – hasn’t been since 9.00 this morning – and the house is as cosy as anything!

Lots of love

Dear Tom,
I have suddenly realised that I have done absolutely nothing to thank you for the enormous amount of work input that went into ensuring that our new home ended up looking as incredible as it does.
When you initially quoted us, I was staggered at the amount of money that you were going to charge us to ensure that the work was done properly. I now realise why there are very few millionaire architects.
Your attention to detail is really quite staggering and I think that everybody did their absolute upmost to ensure that we ended up happy customers.
In a job of this size, there are bound to be “flare ups” and I am fully aware that I am not the easiest person to please. People who visit our new home, who had not seen it since the work began, simply cannot believe it. I seriously think that more work will result for you from people seeing this job, and that can only be good news. The only bad news is that now the job is completed, I cannot see how we can improve on it further.

Anyway Tom, thank you very much indeed for your enormous input and the polite and courteous way that you dealt with all matters even when things were getting a bit “steamed up”. I bet that you have got some new words to add to your vocabulary after 6 months working with me!
We fully intend having an evening out with you, Steve Cox and wives and I will contact you about this shortly.
Yours sincerely
